As I write this, the Hallmark Channel is promoting the launch of their new Christmas movies. When you read this, they will have already begun playing.
No need to check your calendar. It's still October.
Move over pumpkin spice, gingerbread is taking over.
But only if you let it.
You don't have to let it.
Because (breaking news): the year is not over yet.
I fell into that kind of thinking not too long ago. I was trying to map out when I'd launch a new webinar (check it out here) and when I was going to launch a new 8-week group class focused on building every element of a strong message platform. (Get on the list.)
Conventional wisdom (the same "wisdom" that programs Christmas movies before Halloween) said, "Wait until 2023."
Conventional wisdom said, "Lean into the new year/ fresh start energy."
Thankfully, my energy (boosted by the energy of my business coach) said, "Nah. Do it now."
Because even though store shelves and cable channels want you to believe this year is over, it is not.
There are 66 days left in 2022.
That's plenty of time to launch a new program, reconnect with your audiences, spruce up your outreach, or get the word out about that webinar you decided to launch (again, see below :-) even though the world wants you to think it's too late.
It's not too late.
It's not December.
It's October 26 and there is still a ton of opportunity to be squeezed out of 2022.
What are you going to do with the 66 days you have left in this year? Tell me in the comments.
